Terms & Conditions — 7up7 Platform Rules and Player Obligations

01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "7up7" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 7up7 online gaming and sports betting platform operated internationally and accessible at https://7up7.io, including all associated products, services, tools, and content made available thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 7up7 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered account created by a Player on the 7up7 platform, through which the Player accesses gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" — refers to the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's 7up7 account at any given time, exclusive of bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Credits" — refers to any promotional funds, free bets, or non-cashable credits awarded to a Player's account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total betting turnover a Player must achieve before bonus credits or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and any other interactive products available through 7up7.
• "BDT / ৳" — refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all 7up7 account balances are denominated.
• "Prohibited Territory" — refers to any jurisdiction in which use of the 7up7 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 7up7 platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating a registered account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the 7up7 platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7up7. They govern your access to and use of all services provided through the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other document published on the 7up7 platform, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

03 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the 7up7 platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 7up7 operates a strict age verification policy and may request documentary evidence of your age at any point. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, and any funds in that account will be returned to the payment method used for deposit after deducting any applicable processing costs.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register an account on 7up7, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly should any of the details change. 7up7 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other point in line with the platform's compliance obligations. Required documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 7up7. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where 7up7 identifies that a Player holds more than one account, all associated accounts may be suspended, any balances may be withheld pending investigation, and bonuses may be forfeited. Deliberate circumvention of this policy may result in permanent account closure.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

7up7 operates internationally and makes its services available to players in Bangladesh on a best-efforts basis. 04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 7up7 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. 7up7 will never request your password by any means of communication.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact 7up7 support immediately at [email protected]. 7up7 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account. However, 7up7 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

4.3 Account Verification

7up7 reserves the right to request identity verification from any Player at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal facilities, or account closure. Verification is a standard compliance procedure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 7up7 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure, subject to the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, will be returned to you via your registered payment method. 7up7 also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

7up7 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change. 7up7 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply its own charges, for which 7up7 accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless otherwise specified by your chosen payment method. Deposits are credited to your 7up7 account balance in real time in the majority of cases. 5.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within the timeframes specified on the platform at the time of request. Withdrawal to a payment method is only available to the same method and account used for the deposit, unless alternative arrangements have been explicitly approved by 7up7 for compliance reasons.

5.4 Currency

All account balances on 7up7 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. If your payment method involves a currency conversion at the point of transaction, the applicable exchange rate is determined by your payment provider, not by 7up7.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 7up7 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits awarded to a Player's account must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Game contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type; slots may contribute 100% while live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at lower rates as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

7up7 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or arbitrage wagers for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; and coordinated play between accounts to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 7up7 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close relevant accounts, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of abuse.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

7up7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already fulfilled the conditions for participation, 7up7 will honour the promotional benefit on a case-by-case basis at its reasonable discretion.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game and betting market available on 7up7 is governed by its own set of rules, displayed within the game or market interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the result recorded on 7up7's servers shall be definitive, provided that no technical error has been identified.

7.2 Void Bets and Cancellations

7up7 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed fault, odds compilation error, or other circumstance that renders the bet materially different from what was intended. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account. Voiding of bets in these circumstances is not discretionary and applies equally to all affected Players.

7.3 Final Decisions

In all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus calculations, the decision of 7up7 is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure described in these Terms. Players who believe an error has occurred in the settlement of a bet or game outcome must raise the matter with 7up7 support within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant event.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7up7 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool to interact with the platform in an automated manner;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — these must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or similar obfuscation technology;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward 7up7 staff or other platform users;
• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal information.

09 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 7up7 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, game content, data compilations, and the overall presentation of the platform — is the property of 7up7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 7up7 platform without the prior written consent of 7up7. Any unauthorised use of platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may be subject to legal action.

10 Privacy and Data

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Amendments to Terms

7up7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, 7up7 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly. The version number and effective date at the top of this document will be updated with each revision. If you do not accept any amendment to these terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7up7 is incorporated and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved informally through 7up7 customer support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
